Le titulaire du marché se verra confier une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre telle que définie dans les pièces du marché. Étant précisé que :  la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre sera une mission de base ajouté de missions complémentaires au sens de la loi n°85-704 du 12 juillet 1985 modifiée (loi " MOP ") et de ses décrets et arrêtés d'application  le contenu définitif de la mission sera arrêté lors de la négociation du marché, conformément aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique. Les prestations attendues seront décrites précisément dans les pièces du dossier de la consultation de maîtrise d'oeuvre remis aux seuls candidats admis à remettre un dossier de projet.
