Description
Le collège Théodore Monod de LESQUIN, situé entre la rue Sadi Carnot et Pierre Curie, est un collège de type béton construit en 1976. Il accueille aujourd'hui 581 enfants en 2024/2025. Les prévisions d'effectifs sont à la hausse. En 2029, le collège accueillera 630 enfants. Au-delà des adaptations fonctionnelles liées à cette hausse, les locaux nécessitent une mise à niveau technique importante (PMR, thermique, sécurité, …). La réhabilitation du collège se traduira principalement par : - Une remise au niveau programmatique, technique et numérique des fonctions du collège, - Le traitement des façades existantes du collège et une mise aux normes thermiques, - La construction d'une demi-pension, - La démolition partielle du bâtiment SEGPA, cette fonction n'étant plus accueillie, - Une mise aux normes vis-à-vis de la réglementation accessibilité dans le cadre de l'Ad'AP La présente consultation concerne un concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur esquisse +
