Le présent projet comprend un projet de construction neuf en extension de l’EHPAD existant. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure dans le CCTP. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente consultation est un concours restreint sur ESQUISSE. Conformément aux dispositions de l'article R. 2122-6 du code de la commande publique, à l'issue du concours, le maître d'ouvrage pourra procéder à la passation d'un marché sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec le(s) lauréat(s). Au stade actuel du programme de l’opération, - Les dimensions à prendre en considération sont de l’ordre de 3 355 m² SDO construites, - La part affectée aux travaux dans l’enveloppe financière prévisionnelle de l’opération est estimée à 8 600 000 €HT. - La durée globale du marché est estimée à 41 mois (études + chantier) + 12 mois de Garantie de Parfait Achèvement.
