La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation des futures opérations de constructions neuves et de réhabilitation-rénovation des sociétés du Groupe LB HABITAT : LE FOYER D'ARMOR et HABITATION FAMILIALE LORIENT BREST. L'accord-cadre est à bons de commandes et multi-attributaires. L'accord-cadre concerne uniquement les opérations répondant aux conditions cumulatives suivantes : opérations dont l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle de travaux (dont VRD) est inférieure ou égale à 3,5 millions d'euros HT, et dont les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre estimées n'excèdent pas le seuil des procédures formalisées mentionnées à l'article L. 2124-1 du code de la commande publique.
