L'opération consiste en : - L'ajout d'une seconde salle équipée, d'une capacité d'environ 100 places, afin de pérenniser l'activité cinématographique actuellement en situation de saturation. Cette initiative vise à rendre l'établissement plus attractif dans un environnement fortement concurrentiel, tout en proposant d'autres formes artistiques et culturelles pour diversifier la programmation et attirer de nouveaux publics ; - La requalification des locaux attenants, dont la vocation culturelle sera renforcée par l'intégration de l'école de musique ; - La création d'espaces d'accueil et de convivialité ; - La rénovation énergétique du bâtiment.
