Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet la surveillance de l'ancienne décharge du S.E.R.T.E. L'exploitation de la décharge de Vongy sur la commune de THONON-LES-BAINS a pris fin en juillet 1990, après environ trente ans d'activité. Ce marché est divisée en 3 lots : Lot 1 - Suivi de l'air du sol, lot 2 - Suivi des eaux souterraines, lot 3 - suivi de l'air ambiant des bâtiments sur l'ancienne décharge.
