Le Département a recours à la passation de ce marché afin de confier à un prestataire la mission d'organisme référent pour l'organisation de l'accompagnement intensif des allo-cataires du RSA (ARSA) qui lui auront été orientés par les services du Département Le marché débute par une première période dite « période de démarrage » correspondant à une phase de lancement du dispositif d'accompagnement, permettant notamment la mise en place opérationnelle du marché, la formation des prestataires aux outils numé-riques... A l'issue de cette période, le marché pourra être reconduit tacitement pour des périodes successives de douze (12) mois chacune (deux semestres) dans les conditions et limites définies au CCAP. Le marché propose un accompagnement calibré en fonction de la typologie des publics accompagnés, chacun faisant l'objet d'un lot : - Lot n°1 - Coaching à l'emploi - Lot n°2 - Préparation à l'emploi - médiation active - Lot n°3 - Travailleurs non-salariés - Lot n°4 - Accompagnement santé - Lot n°5 - Public en grande précarité Lot 1 - Coaching à l'emploi; Lot 2 - Préparation à l'emploi; Lot 3 - Travailleurs non-salariés; Lot 4 - Accompagnement santé; Lot 5 - Public en errance
