Description

L'objet de l'accord-cadre est de passer des bons de commande, pour réaliser des prestations archéologiques liées au programme d'études et de travaux envisagés sur le territoire en sites inscrits, classés Monuments Historiques, aux abords et en périmètre protégés par les Bâtiments de France. Ces prestations concernent des fouilles archéologiques préventives ou programmées telles que définies dans le livre V du Code du Patrimoine. Sont exclus du présent accord-cadre les prestations de fouilles hors abords Bâtiments de France et zones d'activités économiques, existantes ou en projet et les fouilles supérieures à 100 000 euro(s) HT. Le présent accord-cadre concerne particulière deux opérations portées par l'Agglomération : le château de Gaillon et le Bailliage de Pont-de-l'Arche. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction.
