Description

Le périmètre des prestations du Contrat comprend, à titre principal notamment : les travaux préparatoires, la dépollution et l’aménagement du terrain d’assiette ;la conception, la construction, l’entretien et la maintenance des bâtiments présents dans le programme du Grand Carreau, intégrant une liaison immobilière fluide et directe avec le projet voisin de cuisine centrale intercommunale ;la gestion, l’exploitation dont la commercialisation des espaces auprès des usagers occupants du Grand Carreau, les activités annexes ouvertes au public et la surveillance et la sécurité du site ;la participation active au Projet alimentaire territorial du Sud 54 dont fait partie la Métropole du Grand Nancy, et au PCAET du Grand Nancy ;le recrutement, la gestion du personnel, incluant la mise en place d’un encadrement de qualité, la gestion, la formation et la rémunération du personnel dans le strict respect de la législation du travail. L'emprise foncière du projet se situe sur une surface de 5.5 hectares maximum. Le Délégataire a le droit exclusif d'exploiter le service dans les limites du périmètre de la Collectivité, dit « périmètre de la délégation », présenté au projet de contrat.
