Le CEA procède a une consultation pour renouveler le marché de prestations d'accueil du Service de Prévention et Santé au Travail comprenant principalement l'accueil téléphonique et physique ainsi que la gestion de la dosimétrie (gestion des profils dans des bases de données, gestion du parc etc.). Le marché est prévu pour une durée de 36 mois fermes et 24 mois optionnels fractionnables par tranche de 12 mois. La réversibilité aval est également prévue en 2 options (1 mois de formation et 1 mois de conseil), portant la durée totale possible du marché à 61 mois. Le marché comprend en prestations fermes : -L'accueil du Service de Prévention et Santé au Travail comprenant principalement : L'accueil téléphonique, l'accueil physique, la gestion et la planification des rendez-vous et le suivi des convocations. Les prestations sur le centre de Valduc représentent à titre indicatif: 4000 personnes suivies annuellement par le service, 2000 consultations annuelles, 500 appels par mois, 800 personnes se présentant mensuellement à l'accueil. - La gestion de la dosimétrie incluant : La gestion des profils des personnels concernés dans 3 bases de données (SISERI - Base nationale, Mon Dosimètre - plateforme de commande , CARD-Application interne au CEA pour la gestion des accès), la gestion des accès en zone délimitée, la commande et la gestion du parc de dosimétrie à lecture différée, et la mise à disposition aux salariés, la gestion du parc de dosimétrie opérationnelle, la configuration et la mise à disposition aux salariés. Les prestations optionnelles sont : Option de prolongation du marché de 24 mois fractionnables par tranche de 12 mois; Option n°1 phase de réversibilité sortante de 1 mois de formation du nouveau Titulaire ; Option n°2, phase de réversibilité sortante de 1 mois de conseil auprès du Titulaire entrant.
