Description

Le présent accord cadre porte sur la réalisation de prestations de service dans le cadre des contrôles réglementaires obligatoires des installations d'assainissement collectif et non collectif pour le compte de la Communauté d'Agglomération d'Ardenne Métropole. Le périmètre de la prestation est l’intégralité des immeubles existants, des projets de construction (et constructions en cours), des secteurs aménagés dont la rétrocession est envisagée vers le domaine public, quelle que soit la commune et le zonage d’assainissement. Le périmètre de la prestation porte donc sur l’ensemble des 57 communes qui constituent Ardenne Métropole. Actuellement 16 communes sont strictement en assainissement non collectif et 41 communes sont composées en majorité d’assainissement collectif et quelques installations en non collectif. Le marché comprend deux lots. Lot n°1 : Réalisation de contrôles réglementaires du service public d'assainissement collectif (SPAC) et Lot n°2 : Réalisation de contrôles réglementaires du service public d'assainissement non collectif (SPANC).
