L'accord-cadre n'est pas alloti, est mono-attributaire et donne lieu à l'émission de bons de commande conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du Code, et est conclu sans minimum mais avec un maximum de 40 000 000 euro(s) HT.
