Description

La procédure de passation est une procédure avec négociation conformément à l’article R. 2124-3 - 4 Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono attributaire, a pour objet la réalisation des études de couverture radio, le déploiement, la diffusion et la maintenance de la FM synchrone 107.7 MHz sur autoroutes. Le marché, qui implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande, avec maximum en valeur, concerne le déploiement, la diffusion et la maintenance de la FM synchrone 107.7 MHz « Radio VINCI Autoroutes » sur le réseau autoroutier d’ASF. Les prestations de déploiement comprennent les études d’architecture et de couverture radio mais aussi l’identification et l’équipement des points hauts permettant la diffusion des programmes radio synchrone 107.7 MHz. Les prestations de diffusion comprennent le transport des signaux radios fournis par le maitre d’ouvrage et leur diffusion sur le réseau autoroutier mais aussi l’hébergement des équipements sur les infrastructures ad-hoc Les prestations de maintenance comprennent la supervision des matériels, leur maintenance curative et préventive sur sites, y compris logicielle mais aussi les prestations de support. Le réseau autoroutier à couvrir est d’environ 2500 km et plusieurs centaines d’émetteurs FM synchrone sont à déployer.
