Les objectifs poursuivis sont : - Pour les prestations de restauration : -La réalisation de prestations de remise en état de parcelles pour compenser certains espaces détruits dans le cadre de projets routiers réalisés sous maitrise d'ouvrage du Département -La réouverture de milieu pour favoriser la biodiversité inféodée à des milieux ouverts -La réalisation de prestations de maintien d'ilots boisés -La création de mares ou d'autres milieux humides particuliers - Pour les prestations d'entretien : -Les interventions d'entretien sur la végétation herbacée afin de maintenir un milieu ouvert -L'entretien de haies ou de jeunes espaces boisés de compensation ; -L'entretien des mares restaurées ou créées pour maintenir un niveau d'ouverture suffisant ; -Le suivi des différents aménagements mis en place pour assurer les compensations mise en oeuvre. La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum, conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, exécuté par émission de bons de commande suivant les dispositions des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique.
