Les prestations principales comprennent : - l'entretien du patrimoine arboré, incluant les opérations d'élagage et de taille, visant à garantir la sécurité, la santé et le développement harmonieux des arbres ; - l'entretien des espaces engazonnés ; - la création et la gestion de prairies fleuries ; - la gestion différenciée des espaces, incluant l'entretien des zones en fauche tardive ; - l'entretien des accotements et des fossés par fauchage. La commune de Nangis est engagée depuis 2006 dans une démarche « Zéro-Phyto », visant notamment à préserver la nappe phréatique de Champigny. À ce titre, les pratiques d'entretien mises en oeuvre privilégient des méthodes respectueuses de l'environnement. Cette politique a été reconnue par l'attribution du trophée « Terre saine », qui valorise les collectivités engagées dans une gestion écologique de leurs espaces publics. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur - l'entretien du patrimoine arboré, incluant les opérations d'élagage et de taille, visant à garantir la sécurité, la santé et le développement harmonieux des arbres ;; l'entretien des espaces engazonnés ; - la création et la gestion de prairies fleuries ; - la gestion différenciée des espaces, incluant l'entretien des zones en fauche tardive ; - l'entretien des accotements et des fossés par fauchage
