Description
Ce marché porte sur toutes les interventions d'entretien, de maintenance et de gestion écologique des espaces verts de la Ville de Torcy. Il concerne toutes les prestations nécessaires au maintien en bon état : - des espaces verts (pelouses, massifs, arbustes, haies, arbres), - des surfaces engazonnées, prairies, aires naturelles et plantations, - des dépendances vertes en bord de voirie, fossés, trottoirs et accotements, - des équipements municipaux intégrant des surfaces végétalisées. Le marché s'inscrit dans la démarche municipale de gestion différenciée et durable, incluant notamment : - la protection de la biodiversité et des habitats, - la réduction de l'impact environnemental des interventions, - la gestion respectueuse des milieux, - l'interdiction de tout produit phytosanitaire de synthèse (« zéro phyto »), - la valorisation maximale des déchets verts
