Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant estimatif est indicatif et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le lot n°2 est réservé aux entreprises adaptées, à des établissements et services d'aide par le travail ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des personnes handicapées qui, en raison de la nature ou de la gravité de leurs déficiences, ne peuvent exercer une activité professionnelle dans des conditions normales. A ce titre, dans sa candidature, le candidat devra fournir une déclaration permettant de prouver qu'il peut concourir à l'obtention du lot tel que décrit à l'article 2.4 du RC. Les autres lots ne sont pas réservés Pôle bâtiments; Cimetière, hôtel communautaire et bois du château blanc; Fossés, espaces verts et bassins d'eaux pluviales; Aérodrome de Montargis-Vimory; Entretien parcelles / axes cyclables
