Afin de préserver le bon état de fonctionnement des ouvrages et d'en assurer la pérennité, la collectivité souhaite mettre en place un marché d'entretien portant sur les bassins de rétention. À ce jour, les bassins de rétention publics relèvent de la responsabilité de différents services. Dans ce contexte, certains ouvrages ne font pas l'objet d'un suivi ou d'un entretien régulier.
