La consultation a pour objet la fourniture de réactifs et consommables compatibles avec les automates de sérologie COBAS PRO ainsi que la maintenance associée. La consultation est passée par l'Etablissement Français du Sang, 20 avenue du Stade de France 93218 La Plaine Saint Denis. Il constitue un marché national délégué piloté par l'Etablissement Français du Sang Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (EFS AURA), dans le cadre duquel les établissements locaux de l'EFS et le siège, mentionnés dans l'Acte d'Engagement, émettent des bons de commande. La consultation n’est pas allotie, compte tenu de la procédure mise en oeuvre, sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables. Le marché public issu de la présente consultation constitue un accord-cadre mono attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec seulement un maximum pour 48 mois fixé à 50 000 000 € HT
