Le marché se compose d’un lot unique avec trois postes : Poste n°1 : Maintenance de l’extracteur d’ADN CHEMAGIC 360D. Poste n°2 : Fourniture de réactifs associés à l’automate. Poste n°3 : Fourniture de consommables associés à l’automate. Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire, il est conclu sans montant minimum et avec seulement un montant maximum (article R.2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique), pour 48 mois. La présente consultation n’est pas allotie, compte tenu de la procédure mise en œuvre, sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables. L’accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec seulement un montant maximum (article R.2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique), pour 48 mois fixé à 350 000 € HT.
