Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il sera conclu pour une période initiale allant de la notification au 31 décembre 2026, et pourra être reconduit 3 fois, sans que ce délai ne puisse excéder le 31 décembre 2029. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 lots. Le présent marché fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre la Ville de Pontarlier et la Communauté de Communes du Grand Pontarlier Matériels d'entretien; Accessoires et consommables; Produits d'entretien
