Le présent marché a pour objet l'exploitation des installations thermiques incluant le chauffage, l'eau chaude, la ventilation et la climatisation des bâtiments communaux. Le présent marché est de type : - CP/CPI - " Marché Combustible et Prestations avec intéressement " ; - PF/PFI - " Prestation - Forfait - Intéressement " (pour les sites en électricité et sur la chaufferie urbaine) Il comprend les prestations : - - gestion de l'énergieP2 - Maintenance et entretien courant ; - P3 - Gros entretien et renouvellement. Il a pour objet de confier à l'Exploitant l'exploitation des installations de chauffage, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement d'air et de climatisation des bâtiments gérés par le Pouvoir Adjudicateur comprenant : - Production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire y compris installations solaires thermiques ; - Traitement du fluide caloporteur ; - Équipements de traitement de l'eau ; - Traitement de l'ECS ; - Tous les disconnecteurs des sites ; - Distribution et émission (radiateurs, convecteurs ou panneaux rayonnants à eau chaude) ; - Prestations annexes (aérothermes ou similaire, radiants gaz, Centrales d'air) ; - Climatisation et PAC ; - Ventilation (VMC : Ventilation Mécanique Contrôlée, CTA : Centrales de Traitement d'Air).
