Le présent marché a pour objet de confier à l'Exploitant désigné l'exploitation des installations thermiques avec gros entretien, des deux Résidences du SIPAPER L'exploitation des installations thermiques comprend notamment : - La production de chauffage et d'eau chaude sanitaire, - La distribution et l'émission de chauffage, - La distribution d'eau chaude sanitaire, - Les prestations annexes suivantes : 1. L'eau froide alimentant le remplissage réseau de chauffage 2. Pour la distribution du chauffage et de l'ECS 3. Filtres, appareils individuels de production d'ECS 4. Ventilation et Traitement de l'air 5. Les compteurs gaz, ECS et de chaleur 6. Les pots à boues et traitements d'eau 7. Armoires de commandes - Le traitement d'eau (réseau de chauffage et d'ECS) - La télésurveillance / télégestion pour les sites concernés Le type de marché retenu est : - Marchés de type MTI (P1, P2 et P3)
