La présente consultation fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre « composite » conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : - fourniture de combustibles (P1) en prix unitaires définis par le soumissionnaire dans la grille de tarification de l'énergie - conduite des installations et travaux de petit entretien et service aux usagers et la télégestion (P2) en prix global et forfaitaire proposé par le soumissionnaire dans la DPGF - réparations et remplacement, à l'identique ou à fonction identique, de tous les matériels déficients définis contractuellement formant garantie totale (P3) en prix global et forfaitaire proposé par le soumissionnaire dans la DPGF La partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande » correspond à un accord-cadre avec maximum, Elle concerne les prestations suivantes : - Travaux de mise à niveau (voir BPU) - Prestations complémentaires : Taux horaires (voir BPU) et prestations sur devis.
