Description

La présente consultation a pour objet le renouvellement des contrats d’exploitation des installations thermiques incluant le chauffage, l’eau chaude, la ventilation, la climatisation et d’électricité des bâtiments du Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère. Le présent marché vise ainsi à réduire les consommations énergétiques du patrimoine du Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère. Aussi, l’Exploitant s’engage, à travers son exploitation et au titre de sa prestation P3 et de renouvellement des équipements, à diminuer les consommations pour chaque site. En outre, la qualité de service est cruciale pour garantir le confort des usagers des bâtiments du Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère. Ainsi, l’Exploitant met tout en œuvre pour garantir le respect des dispositions contractuelles évoquées dans le présent marché ainsi qu’une continuité de service optimale.
