Ce projet d'acquisition porte sur un microscope à force atomique (AFM) combiné à plusieurs modes de mesures, en particulier électrochimiques. L'objectif sera de repousser les limites de la cartographie électrochimique, de conductivité des surfaces, et de propriétés mécaniques, ainsi que de l'imagerie interfaciale aux interfaces solide/liquide, pour atteindre une résolution à l'échelle atomique et à l'échelle ionique en milieu liquide. le marché n'est pas alloti
