Acquisition et mise en Oeuvre d'une Solution de Smartbuilding - opération Campus (BOS, Application occupant et IoT présentiel) Le marché a pour objet l'acquisition et la mise en oeuvre d'une Solution de Smartbuilding Campus (BOS et Application Servicielle) complète et intégrée couvrant les volets suivants : 1. Building Operating System (BOS) : Déploiement d'un socle central d'orchestration des données bâtimentaires, garantissant la collecte, la structuration, la supervision et l'exposition unifiée des flux issus des équipements techniques, des systèmes métiers et des capteurs IoT. Le BOS constitue la colonne vertébrale technique de l'architecture Smart Building. 2. Application servicielle usager : Fourniture et intégration d'une application mobile et web destinée aux occupants, offrant des services numériques liés à l'usage du bâtiment (réservations, déclarations d'incidents, informations, pilotage du confort local, etc.), interconnectée avec le BOS et les SI internes. 3. Fourniture, déploiement et supervision des équipements IoT : Acquisition, installation, paramétrage, supervision et maintenance de capteurs IoT, avec interopérabilité native avec le BOS. Cela inclut la garantie de compatibilité, et le suivi de l'état des équipements.
