EDF SEI pourra bénéficier, si elle le souhaite et à sa première demande, des conditions commerciales du ou des marché(s) passé(s) par Enedis pour ses besoins, via une clause de stipulation pour autrui insérée dans le ou les marchés. Electricité de Strasbourg pourra bénéficier, si elle le souhaite et à sa première demande, des conditions commerciales du ou des marché(s) passé(s) par Enedis pour ses besoins, via une clause de stipulation pour autrui insérée dans le ou les marchés. Ce marché porte sur la fourniture de postes de distribution publique type PSS B incluant un tableau HTA exempt de gaz SF6 ou avec un PRP inférieur à 1000 . ce marché comprend également la livraison et le transport. Conformément à l'article R.2162-4 du Code de la Commande Publique, le maximum du présent accord-cadre est d'environ 5442 pièces pour la durée du marché
