Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de panneaux de signalisation verticale et des fixations. Le Pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de ne pas lancer la consultation en lots séparés pour les motifs suivants : ce choix se motive par le fait que l'objet de l'accordcadre ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes, c'estàdire que les prestations ne sont pas susceptibles "par leur nature et compte tenu de l'objet de l'accordcadre, de faire l'objet de lots différents". En outre, l'accordcadre est à bons de commande avec maximum. Pour la période initiale, soit 24 mois, le seuil maximum est de 200 000 euros/HT. Pour la période de reconduction, le seuil maximum est de 150 000 euros/HT
