Acquisition et maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) de machines de découpe hydro-abrasive mobiles de munitions et leurs matériels d'environnement au profit des unités de Neutralisation, Détection, Enlèvement d’Eléments Explosifs (NEDEX), afin d’assurer leurs missions opérationnelles et d’entraînement de neutralisation des munitions non explosées. Le concept de soutien comprendra notamment des opérations de maintenance à réaliser par le titulaire, le suivi de faits techniques, des obsolescences ainsi que des formations. Ce lot comprendra l'acquisition du matériel complet (machine de découpe et ses accessoires) et sa remorque ainsi que les prestations de MCO associées.
