Pour ses activités de recherche, le CEA-LETI souhaite acquérir un équipement de sérigraphie haute précision. Elle est destinée à la fabrication de prototypes en laboratoire, utilisée pour produire des composants multicouches, constitués d'une succession de couches sur divers substrats (du plastique au verre). Cet équipement se caractérisera par une grande précision de positionnement des motifs imprimés sur le substrat, dont les dimensions maximales seront de 380 mm x 320 mm, ainsi que par rapport aux motifs des couches imprimées précédentes (des deux côtés du substrat). Le présent marché les options facultatives suivantes : - Option n°1 : Un système de dispense automatique d’encre, - Option n°2 : Un système d’inspection optique automatique pour les écrans, - Option n°3 : Un système d’inspection optique automatique pour les couches imprimées, - Option n°4 : Un système permettant de varier le décollement (peel-off) de l’écran pendant l’impression, - Option n°5 : Un système de nettoyage automatique de l’écran entre 2 séquences d’impression, - Le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020).
