The contract covers the supply of MV switchgear cubicles rated 24kV, 2500A, 20kA, either SF6-free or with a global warming potential below 1000, together with high voltage and low voltage electrical engineering works. These cubicles are installed in HTB/HTA primary substations of the Parisian type for high current transfer above 2000A, providing the connection and protection between the HTB/HTA transformer and the MV distribution equipment supplying the ENEDIS electricity network. The requirement is for 200 cubicles over the contract period including optional periods. Under article R.2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is capped at about 250 units. The contract runs for 3 years.
