Description

Cet équipement devra nettoyer des optiques de dimensions maximum 1 m*1m*0.4 m pour un poids maximum de 500 kg. Les substrats sont en verre (silice, BK7 ...) ou en silicium. Le Titulaire du marché devra réaliser l’étude mécanique, structurelle et fonctionnelle de la machine de nettoyage. Si la tranche optionnelle est affermie, le Titulaire du marché devra ensuite assurer la fabrication, la livraison et l’installation de cet équipement sur le site de la Plateforme LMA en tenant compte des restrictions liées aux dimensions des accès. Il devra également assurer le SAV.
