Le Syndicat Mixte du Gers TRIGONE exerce la compétence « Distribution Eau Potable » sur un territoire de 34 communes et souhaite y déployer un dispositif de télérelève des compteurs abonnés. La présente consultation a pour objet le déploiement, la gestion et la maintenance d'un système de relève à distance sur ce périmètre. Ce marché est décomposé en 3 tranches fonctionnelles : 1 - Tranche ferme : installation et déploiement des équipements de télérelève en globalité et exploitation du système sur une période de 3 ans à compter de la fin du déploiement. 2 - Tranches optionnelle 1 : Exploitation, maintenance du système pour une période 3 années avec fourniture à la demande de nouveaux équipements par bons de commande lancés par l’entité adjudicatrice. 3- Tranche optionnelle 2 : Exploitation, maintenance du système pour une période 3 années avec fourniture à la demande de nouveaux équipements par bons de commande spécifiques lancés par l’entité adjudicatrice.
