Description

Acquisition, en mode SaaS, d’une solution couvrant l’ensemble du processus de gestion de l’intérim. L’outil doit permettre de gérer et de simplifier l’ensemble du cycle de l’intérim, depuis l’expression de besoin jusqu’à la facturation des missions, en impliquant successivement les différentes entités : acteurs RH, achats, approvisionnement, contrôle de gestion, services opérationnels et intérimaires. L’outil devra également permettre une interface fluide et sécurisée avec les solutions déjà utilisées au sein des sociétés du Groupe, afin de s’inscrire pleinement dans la démarche globale de simplification et d’harmonisation des processus RH. Il devra offrir un haut niveau de fiabilité, garantir la traçabilité des opérations et répondre aux exigences réglementaires propres au recours à l’intérim, tout en assurant une ergonomie adaptée aux utilisateurs opérationnels répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire. La plateforme devra également intégrer les contraintes spécifiques de la SNCF, notamment en matière d’architecture, de cybersécurité, de performance, d’accessibilité numérique et de conformité RGPD.
