La présente consultation concerne la fourniture, mise en œuvre, maintenance et exploitation d'un Système d'Information Ressources Humaines Gestion Administrative (SIRH) en mode SaaS : - Fourniture d'un SIRH en mode SaaS pouvant couvrir les domaines RH suivants : • Suivi des congés et des arrêts • Déclaration du temps de travail • Gestion des données RH, dont gestion du reporting et infocentre RH (notamment reporting légal : bilan social, indice femme-homme, ...) • Evaluation et revue d'objectifs avec archivage des entretiens annuels et professionnels • Gestion des notes de frais avec workflow de validation • Dématérialisation et archivage des bulletins de paie • Gestion des ordres de déplacements • Interfaçage possible avec le logiciel de paye SYLAE • Interfaçage possible avec le logiciel de compta SAGE 100 - Mise en œuvre du SIRH : conception, réalisation, pilotage, interfaces, reprises de données, tests, mise en production, documentation, formation des utilisateurs et des administrateurs ... - Maintien en conditions opérationnelles en mode SaaS : maintenance (corrective, règlementaire, adaptative et technique), support, hébergement et exploitation...
