- La fourniture de tous les logiciels concernant le parc informatique du Sicio, à l'exclusion des progiciels métiers ; - La fourniture des mises à jour des logiciels ; - La location de logiciels ; - La fourniture éventuelle de prestations associées : audit initial et optimisation des licences ; mise à jour annuelle de l'audit ; aide à l'installation des logiciels ; rédaction de documentation ; intervention d'un ingénieur spécialisé en licences. Ce marché comprendra notamment les éditeurs Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Vmware, RedHat. Le SICIO dispose d'un parc d'environ 40 postes de travail et 280 Serveurs. Il gère aussi le déploiement de certains logiciels sur le parc de ces villes adhérentes soit environ 1800 postes de travail. Le titulaire assurera également un rôle de conseil et d'accompagnement dans l'avant-vente et la gestion des licences détenues par le pouvoir adjudicateur, afin d'optimiser le parc de logiciels et les coûts associés. Dans le cadre de l'avant-vente, le titulaire sera amené à réaliser un transfert de compétences auprès des équipes du SICIO sur les modalités de licensing mises en oeuvre par certains éditeurs, ainsi que des démonstrations de produits et éventuellement la mise en oeuvre de maquettes.
