Dématérialisation du courrier entrant et sortant Lot 1 - Fourniture et mise en place d’une solution de gestion électronique de documents incluant des fonctionnalités de gestion électronique de courrier, les candidats sont autorisés à présenter des variantes libres. Les candidats qui le souhaitent peuvent proposer, une offre en mode PaaS / hybride (solution déployée sur l’infrastructure Azure de Clésence). Le candidat qui propose cette variante précisera dans son mémoire technique : l’architecture technique retenue, la répartition des responsabilités (matrice RACI) entre Clésence et le titulaire, et les prérequis techniques côté Clésence.
