Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réparties en 7 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
