Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. La consultation a pour objet : l'achat de légumes de 1ère gamme destinés à la restauration scolaire, extrascolaire (centres de loisirs) et aux établissements multi-accueils de la petite enfance de la ville de Nice. Les produits proposés seront principalement utilisés pour élaborer les entrées des enfants ayant un Projet d'Accueil Individualisé (P.A.I). Accord-cadre à bons de commande Mini : 2 000,00 Euros Maxi : 30 000,00 Euros En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 8 818.20 Euros (établie sur une durée de 12 mois) Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
