Les prestations de la présente phase : développement et réalisation du CCOS ELM2, sont les suivantes : • Développement et réalisation du CCOS, • Approvisionnement des matériels, • Validation et recette usine du CCOS, • Aménagement des salles de contrôle (pupitres et postes opérateurs), • Installation et validation site en Guyane du CCOS, • Garantie pièces et main d'œuvre pendant 1 an après qualification technique sur site, • Fourniture de la documentation associée. • Fourniture d’une estimation des coûts annuels de maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO), de sécurité (MCS) et d’exploitation de la solution proposée avec une proposition de l’organisation associée
