Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des petites opérations de signalisation lumineuse tricolore sur le réseau routier départemental. La consultation est effectuée sous forme d'un marché à Procédure adaptée ouverte (Articles R2123-1 1° - Inférieure au seuil des procédures formalisées - Code de la commande publique). Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de l'ordre de service, reconductible tacitement trois fois par période d'un an, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre ans. Le marché est conclu dans les limites financières suivantes : Montant minimum annuel 100 000 euro(s) HT Montant maximum annuel de 500 000 euro(s) HT. Les négociations seront engagées avec l'ensemble des candidats au classement résultant de l'analyse et ayant remis une offre ni inappropriée ni anormalement basse. Les candidats en seront avisés par écrit. Toutefois l'acheteur pourra attribuer le contrat sur la base des offres initiales sans négociation
