La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de rénovation et de maintenance de l'éclairage public et travaux électriques divers sur le domaine public géré par la commune de Gif-sur-Yvette. La description des ouvrages, leurs spécifications techniques et les normes ou règlements à respecter sont indiqués dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de rénovation et de maintenance de l'éclairage public et travaux électriques divers sur le domaine public géré par la commune de Gif-sur-Yvette. Les prestations d'entretien récurrentes sont traitées à prix global et forfaitaire. Elles feront l'objet de 46 tranches de prestation, l'une ferme relative à des prestations dont la réalisation est certaine et 45 autres tranches dites optionnelles. • La tranche ferme concerne les prestations relatives aux points d'éclairage sur le domaine public géré par la commune, • Les tranches optionnelles n°1 à 45 concernent les points d'éclairage en voiries privées dont la gestion est susception d'être transférées à la ville par convention. Une part à bons de commande est prévue pour les travaux ponctuels sur la base du BPU pour un montant maximum annuel de commandes arrêté à 1 400 000 Euros HT.
