Les boîtiers IP permettent à tout compteur industriel, qu’il soit du type PME-PMI, Saphir ou prochainement Linky-Pro de communiquer en mode IP avec le reste de la Chaîne Comptage du Marché d’Affaires d'Enedis. La marché se compose d'une partie fourniture de boitier IP et d'une partie Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle. Seul Enedis est bénéficiaire de ce marché. Le besoin porte sur environ 496 200 Boitiers IP (y compris les périodes optionnelles). Conformément à l’article R. 2162-4 du Code de la Commande Publique, le maximum de l'accord-cadre qui sera conclu est de 620 250 unités, étant précisé que cette indication n’a aucune valeur d’engagement contractuel pour l’Entreprise. Les quantités sont données à titre indicatif, il s'agit d'une estimation, la volumétrie sera précisée dans le dossier de consultation. Cette consultation fait suite à la précédente déclarée sans suite de l'AO3 (Identifiant de l’avis antérieur 2b9814ce-9618-4375-b46e-59d48f1a8501-01 et numéro de publication: 439291-2024).
