Marché public alloti relatif à l’exploitation des infrastructures d’assainissement et d’eaux pluviales urbaines de compétence intercommunale sur le territoire de la CCDSV recourant pour chaque lot à la technique d’achat de l’accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. Il est ici précisé que les prestations non prévues par les pièces du présent marché sont réputées exclues de l’objet de ce dernier. La CCDSV se réserve, en conséquence le droit de conclure un ou plusieurs marchés distincts pour la réalisation de prestations similaires ou connexes mais n’étant pas du ressort du marché. Lot n°1 « Val de Saône » dont l’objet et le périmètre sont respectivement définis aux articles 1 et 2 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières applicable audit lot n°1.; Lot n°2 « Dombes » dont l’objet et le périmètre sont respectivement définis aux articles 1 et 2 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières applicable audit lot n°2
