GRDF a lancé le projet Nougaro dont l'objet est l'acquisition d'un nouveau site immobilier pour accueillir l'ensemble de la direction régionale sud ouest de GRDF à Toulouse. Dans le cadre de ce projet, GRDF souhaite être accompagné par une prestation d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage ayant les missions suivantes: - Appui à la gestion du projet (appui PMO) - Ingénierie design concept - Suivi des travaux et des réceptions - Prestations complémentaires en lien avec l'objet du marché. Les Prestations seront exécutés dans les locaux de GRDF à Toulouse. Les candidats seront jugés sur les critères de capacité technique et financier suivants : Les capacités techniques et professionnelles, (pondération 90%).  Qualité et pertinence de 3 références récentes en assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage sur la prise à bail de sites en BEFA ou équivalent (pondération - 40%)  Moyens techniques mis en œuvre par l'entreprise en relation avec le marché notamment certifications (pertinent au regard de l'objet du marché et donné par un organisme indépendant type AFNOR), bureaux d'études, organisme de formation interne (pondération 20%)  Moyens humains en relation avec le marché (effectifs par type de compétence interne, taux d'encadrement et effectifs internes (pondération 40%) 2- Capacités économiques et financières (pondération 10%).  Note Ellipro (ou équivalent) sur le dernier exercice avec le rapport correspondant
