La présente consultation, passée en appel d'offres ouvert en application du Code de la commande publique, porte sur la mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage technique, juridique et financière pour le renouvellement du contrat de concession et le suivi d'exploitation de l'unité de traitement multifilières d'Orléans Métropole. Elle donnera lieu à un marché non alloti, non reconductible, décomposé en tranches et à prix mixtes avec une partie des prestations rémunérée à prix forfaitaire (DPGF) et une autre partie des prestations rémunérée à prix unitaire (BPU), exécuté au moyen de bons de commande, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 80 000 euro(s) HT soit 96 000 euro(s) TTC pour toute la durée du marché dont les quantités estimatives figurent au DQE. Les prestations à prix forfaitaire portent sur les missions relevant du renouvellement du contrat et du suivi d'exploitation du contrat et les prestations à prix unitaires concernent les missions spécifiques (études complémentaires, analyses, négociations…) telles qu'indiquées dans le CCTP
