Mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la cession des sites urbains du CHRU de Nancy comprenant les prestations suivantes : - Accompagnement du CHRU de Nancy dans les échanges avec les collectivités sur le devenir des sites urbains ; - Accompagnement à la commercialisation des sites ; - Coordination et pilotage des études techniques aux cessions. Mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la commercialisation des sites urbains du CHRU de Nancy attribuée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents mono-attributaire (consistant en un contrat conclu avec un opérateur économique qui permet de préciser et d'exécuter des besoins successifs au fur et à mesure de leur apparition par des marchés d'application, sans nouvelle mise en concurrence) sans minimum en valeur ou en quantité et avec un montant maximum de 1 500 000 euros HT pour sa durée totale (y compris la période de reconduction).
