Le contrat comporte une tranche optionnelle définie au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Suite à la fin du programme SARE (fin 2024) et des OPAHs (mai 2026), SNA souhaite s'engager dans le nouveau dispositif de l'ANAH : le « Programme d'intérêt général - Pacte territorial France Rénov' » (PIG - PT FR'), qui permet à SNA de reprendre les missions d'information et de conseil de l'Espace Conseil France Rénov' et de se substituer aux anciennes OPAH pour l'accompagnement des propriétaires de logement(s) dans leurs travaux (rénovation énergétique, adaptation au vieillissement ou handicap, lutte contre l'habitat indigne et rénovation des copropriétés). Pour ce faire, une consultation de marché public est lancée en vue de missionner un bureau d'études
