Description

La présente consultation a pour objet : ACQUISITION D'ÉQUIPEMENTS ET DE MATÉRIELS DE RESTAURATION - Année 2025. La présente consultation concerne l'acquisition, la livraison et la mise en service (le cas échéant) d'équipements et de matériels de restauration. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande passé conformément aux articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Tous les lots de l'accord-cadre sont mono-attributaires. Les prestations sont réparties en six (06) désignés ci-après qui donneront chacun lieu à un marché distinct. Ces lots ainsi que leurs montants hors taxe, pour la période initiale du marché ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sont définis comme suit : • Lot n°1 "Équipements Inox": Montants Minimum: 5 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 € HT; • Lot n°2 "Matériels de laverie & Lavage": Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 € HT; • Lot n°3 "Équipements de préparation et de stockage" : Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 100 000,00 € HT; • Lot n°4 "Équipements de maintien en température" : Montants Minimum: 5 000,00 /Maximum: 100 000,00 € HT; • Lot n°5 "Équipements de cuisson" : Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 200 000,00 € HT; • Lot n°6 "Équipements de self-service": Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 € HT. Lot n°1 "Équipements Inox": Montants Minimum: 5 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 Euros HT;; Lot n°2 "Matériels de laverie & Lavage": Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 Euros HT;; Lot n°3 "Équipements de préparation et de stockage" : Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 100 000,00 Euros HT; Lot n°4 "Équipements de maintien en température" : Montants Minimum: 5 000,00 /Maximum: 100 000,00 Euros HT; Lot n°5 "Équipements de cuisson" : Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 200 000,00 Euros HT;; Lot n°6 "Équipements de self-service": Montants Minimum: 10 000,00 /Maximum: 150 000,00 Euros HT.
